"The Journey" - illustration and storytelling

Today Anna Connor, Illustrator and Storyteller, worked with children from St Helen's Primary School, Hoyland to write and illustrate their own short story book. The workshop took place in Hoyland Library where the children used the books for inspiration whilst developing their story, characters and illustrations. Here are a few images captured by Yvonne Roberts during today's workshop.

I am so excited to be part of the 154 Collective that I have eagerly begun capturing images throughout Barnsley Town Centre. Over the next few months I will be producing photographic and film based work to form part of the 154 Collective Exhibition starting in June 2012 - very exciting!!
